Our promise is durability and exquisiteness in every jewel. To this end, we recommend faithfully following the care instructions that accompany our pieces, allowing the gold and rose gold finishes to maintain their original splendor. LIZ DE LA CRUZ is committed to offering a 3-month warranty on these finishes. After this period, any required maintenance will be the financial responsibility of the customer.
Should repairs be needed, they must be sent to our stores in Bogotá with their purchase receipt. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the process may take between 30 to 45 business days.
For exchanges and returns, we accept items in perfect, unused condition up to 15 days after delivery for online purchases, or from the purchase date in-store, provided the order and confirmation are presented. Returns can be made in our stores or, if located outside the city or country, transportation is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that personalized items or purchases made at a discount are final sales and not subject to returns unless they have manufacturing defects.
Purchases made through authorized distributors must adhere to their warranty policies. Items must be returned new, with all tags, and in their original packaging. Any alteration or misuse voids the warranty.
