Our jewelry is made from natural objects that we immortalize in metal (eco-silver or goldplated bronze) through special jewelry techniques such as organic casting and electroforming, which requires a lot of attention and adherence to jewelry care.

For a longer duration of the finishes of the gold, rose gold plating, and other, follow the care instructions to ensure they last as long as possible. LIZ DE LA CRUZ offers a 3-month warranty on the mentioned finishes. Once the warranty expires, the cost of maintenance will be the responsibility of the customer.

Care:

  • Place the accessories in a ventilated area to prevent oxidation.
  • Store each piece individually to avoid scratches. It is advisable to store them individually in the case you received at the time of purchase.

Avoid:

  • Subjecting jewelry to mistreatment, knocks, or pulls.
  • Wearing jewelry to sleep or showering with them.
  • Exposing them to artificial or natural light for extended periods of time.
  • Exposing them to substances such as chlorine, cleaning liquids, grease, perfumes, creams, sweat, etc.
  • Exposing jewelry to sudden temperature changes.
  • Storing them in drawers, closets, or wooden wardrobes, as they often contain acids that can affect silver.

CARE FOR JEWELRY PLATED IN GOLD / ROSE GOLD

  • Do not engage in sports activities while wearing jewelry.
  • Avoid exposure of the jewelry to oily substances such as moisturizers, perfumes, lotions, essential oils. The contact of jewelry with cosmetic or household products that can damage its color: hairsprays, perfumes, shampoos, etc.
